Last summer, I spent most of august in Coventry Myton Hospice visiting my dad in his final days. I was amazed by the care and compassion they gave all of us as a family, especially dad. It made his last weeks and days with us really special and they made our final goodbye more beautiful than I could have imagined. 

The hospice and staff made a sad time much more bearable and enabled us to make happy memories, therefore, I plan to walk 10K in April as part of their midnight walk to raise just a little bit of money to enable them to support more families like us. Please give what you can, it’s so appreciated by me and everyone at Myton!

The Myton Hospices provides compassionate care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families - both in their Inpatient Units and out in the community.

To continue offering this care free of charge, they need to raise £12.7 million of the £15.3 million it will cost this year.

They are not the NHS - they are a charity, and just 17% of their funding comes from the NHS.
