How much sponsorship do I need to raise?

add remove

We ask each participant to pledge to raise £100 to help The Myton Hospices continue providing services free of charge to patients and families across Coventry and Warwickshire.

We recommend reaching £25 as soon as possible and then reaching £80 by the day of the event, with the remainder paid into your fundraising page within 6 weeks of the event.

When will I know I definitely have a place in the event?
add remove

Once you raise your first £25, we will send you a code to complete your entry directly with the organiser, RunThrough.

It is the participant’s responsibility to complete any required registration by the deadline stated by the organiser. Failure to do so may result in the event place being withdrawn.

What happens if I don’t fundraise?
add remove

We ask that you make your best effort to fundraise and engage with the event. Any money raised will help The Myton Hospices continue providing services free of charge to patients and families across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Please note that where there is little or no fundraising engagement, we may need to withdraw or reallocate your charity place. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase your own place directly through the event organiser.

You will then be able to visit the information desk on the morning of the race, where RunThrough can issue you a replacement.

Can I transfer my place or defer to next year?

Places are non-transferable between individuals. If you can no longer take part, please let us know as soon as possible.

Deferrals or transfers may be possible depending on organiser deadlines and availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

add remove

Official results will be published on the RunThrough results page shortly after the event: www.runthrough.co.uk/results/

You’ll also receive a results email in the days following the race. Most results will also be shared on RunBritain and Power of 10.

You’ll receive a detailed race information email on the Friday before the event. Please check your junk or spam folders just in case it lands there.

Yes, there will be an informal baggage drop in the event village. We recommend bringing only essentials where possible.

Your baggage tag will be attached to your race number. Simply detach it, attach it to your bag, and hand it in at the baggage area. To collect your belongings, show your race number to the baggage team.

Can I wear headphones?
add remove

Headphones are not banned, but we strongly recommend that you avoid using them. If you do choose to wear them, please keep the volume low and leave at least one ear free so you can hear marshals and safety instructions.

Please also make sure you’re familiar with the course before race day.
