It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share that our beautiful Becky passed away at 05:42 yesterday, 14th April.

There are no words that will ever truly capture how special she was. Becky was simply a beautiful soul. She was kind, funny, strong, thoughtful and so deeply loved by so many people. The space she has left is immeasurable and she will be missed more than we can ever say.

Becky fought so incredibly hard over the past two and a half years. She showed strength, courage and determination every single day, even when things felt impossible. As her girls, we take some strength in knowing that we did everything we could to support her, to be there for her, and to love her as hard as we could through it all. Knowing she is now at peace brings some comfort, but losing her is something we will carry with us forever.

In her final days and hours, Becky was surrounded by so much love. Her family and closest friends were with her, and she was never alone. That meant everything to all of us.

We also want to take a moment to acknowledge    the incredible team at Myton Hospice. The doctors, nurses and volunteers were beyond amazing. The care, compassion and kindness they showed Becky, and all of us, will never be forgotten. They made the hardest time feel safe and so full of love.

We are so grateful for every single donation on the just giving page that has been made. Your generosity gave Becky moments of light during such dark times. It helped make special memories possible, including her birthday celebration, which she fought so hard to be there for. In her final days, she was even able to enjoy a visit from a vintage singer at the hospice, and this was lovely as she was such a traditional soul. These moments meant the world to her and to all of us.

Becky was surrounded by so much love in her life. She leaves behind her beautiful daughter Elsie, her husband Darren, her mum Carolyn, dad Nigel, her brothers Mark and Simon, and her besties, Becky’s girls. Our group will never be the same without her.
