Working with children who need support with how they are feeling and their mental health is something I have done for the last 30years and something I am very passionate about.  I have come into contact with many children over that time who need support following the loss of a loved one and just £150 would fund one counselling session for 2 children.  Please support the cause as hospice care is also about the family and friends left behind.  

Many of you will have experienced loss and grief and the fantastic work that hospices do make a difficult time a little bit easier.  Myton hospices are well known in our local area and to continue the fantastic work they do they need our support. 

The Myton Hospices provides compassionate care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families - both in their Inpatient Units and out in the community.

It costs over £15 million every year to provide their services free of charge to their patients and their loved ones.

As a charity, with less than 20% funding coming from the NHS they must raise more than £12 million this year!

More people than ever need a Hospice Bed, and tragically, too many people on the waiting list for a bed at Myton will die before they can access one.

As the only provider of Hospice Inpatient Beds in Coventry and Warwickshire, the demand is huge.


That’s why I’m taking on the Warwick Half Marathon, to raise money so they can be there for everyone who needs them, now and in the future.
